ESG Framework
Our approach is built on three pillars that guide responsible decisions across our European tower portfolio.
Environmental
- EuroTeleSites recycles steel components from dismantled towers and returns them to the value chain instead of disposing of them as waste.
- At selected sites, the company generates around 230,000 kWh of renewable energy annually through photovoltaic systems and wind generators.
- Total greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1+2) amounted to 297 tCO₂eq in 2025, of which 268 tCO₂eq came from the company fleet.
- Responsible dismantling and recycling
Social
- The Management Board pursues the long-term objective of “Zero Harm” and is committed to preventing workplace accidents across the entire company.
- In 2025, no recordable workplace accidents and no fatalities were reported among employees.
- Employees in all six countries in which we operate are covered 100% by collective bargaining principles or statutory minimum wage regulations.
- EuroTeleSites partners with TELUS Health to provide employees with access to external wellbeing and mental health services, including 24/7 counselling, stress management resources, and digital wellbeing tools.
Governance
- EuroTeleSites follows a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and bribery.
- In 2025, there were no confirmed convictions and no fines related to corruption or bribery.
- The Compliance function is part of Group Finance & Risk and reports to the CFO.
- A whistleblowing system with a digital portal, compliance email, and ombudsperson is available to employees and external stakeholders.
