Right to information:
The data subject may request confirmation as to whether and to what extent EuroTeleSites processes his/her data. In order to protect the data, it may be necessary for EuroTeleSites to carry out an identity check.

If EuroTeleSites processes personal data of the data subject(s) that are incomplete or incorrect, the data subject(s) may request their correction or completion at any time.

The Data Subject may request that EuroTeleSites provide the data provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format, provided that:

• this processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures.

Right to object: If EuroTeleSites processes data for the performance of tasks in the public interest, for the exercise of official authority or invokes the need to protect its legitimate interest in the processing, the data subject may object to this data processing, provided that there is an overriding interest in protecting the data.


Revocation of consent

The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the respective selected contractual relationship, in case of non-provision, a contract may not be concluded.
